A proven operations manager and recognized Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI), she has excelled in roles ranging from Department Head aboard U.S. Navy ships to Executive Assistant for a two-star admiral at the Naval War College. Alexa’s career highlights include coordinating large-scale, multinational exercises, overseeing high-profile international engagements, and championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Alongside her professional achievements, Alexa is a devoted volunteer in the LGBTQIA+ community, supporting outreach programs, advocating for inclusive policy reforms, and fostering safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ Rhode Islanders.
