​In our first opportunity to speak with a fellow scholar and practitioner of LGBTQ+ development, we welcome Dominic Longo. Dominic is the founder of Flourishing Gays where he helps people move beyond just getting by in the world top open up a world of flourishing. We get to know some of Dominic's personal story and explore some of the tropes of LGBTQ+ leadership from being the 'best little boy in the world' to building bridges across cultures. Listen in as we examine how LGBTQ+ folks develop their leadership superpowers!

Guest Biography
Dominic Longo is a former Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, an affiliate of Cultivating Leadership, a global leadership firm serving organizational clients  and is a Professional Certified Coach. He holds a Ph.D. in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Harvard University.

Importantly for us, Dominic is the founder of Flourishing Gays where he is an executive coach, facilitator of transformation, diversity & inclusion practitioner, and leadership development expert based in New York City.

His forthcoming book on queer flourishing offers a “field guide” to the territory of personal development, designed especially for gay, bi, and queer men and other LGBTQ+ folx who are looking to grow into greater aliveness.  

A citizen of the United States and Italy, he grew up in Nebraska.
