Kirsten Pecua (she/her) is a Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Learning and Innovation Specialist.

​Currently supporting NORAD & NORTHCOM J5 through as contract support through Q2 Impact, she focuses on leveraging innovative approaches like gamification and mixed reality to enhance education and collaboration with allies and partners.

With a military background in training and knowledge management, she brings a dynamic approach to designing impactful learning solutions. She is also pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.
