Kirsten Pecua is a Learning and Innovation Specialist with deep expertise in Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) initiatives.

Currently supporting the Department of Defense, she focuses on driving innovation in education by leveraging techniques like gamification, artificial intelligence, and mixed reality to strengthen collaboration and engagement with allies and partners.

A 12-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Space Force, she draws on extensive experience in training, knowledge management, and leadership development to craft impactful learning solutions. She is a passionate advocate for the rights and inclusion of all people, working to promote equity, representation, and opportunity in every facet of her work.

​Dedicated to advancing her expertise, she is pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, blending academic insight with her professional and personal commitment to making a difference.
